read directly out of PSG_VolumeSequenceOffsetTable_0002f080. Each is a run of direct
0–15 YM2149 volume-register writes, stepped at its own rate, that holds at its last value once it
runs out — not a synthesized ADSR shape. Full derivation in SOUND.MD §4.2.2.
